Lifetime Achievement Dinner
One of PRHTA's most popular annual events is the Gastronomic Lifetime Achievement Award dinner, which celebrates the accomplishments of one of Puerto Rico's most distinguished culinary personalities. This dinner, brings together some of our island's finest chefs and restaurant professionals to commemorate the professional efforts and contributions of one outstanding individual. The funds raised during this event benefit PRHTA's Educational Fund, which provides training and certifications for employees in the hospitality sector. We will soon announce the date for the next dinner and are counting on your support to this prestigious event.

Saborea Puerto Rico, A Culinary Extravaganza

Is a landmark culinary event representative of Puerto Rico as well as the largest gastronomic stage in the Caribbean. Since its inception in 2008, Saborea Puerto Rico has become a jumping-off point for a new crop of Puerto Rican chefs whose trajectories have been celebrated by both local and international gastronomic press.
For the Puerto Rico Hotel & Tourism Association Saborea forms an important part of its commitment to position Puerto Rico as a world-class culinary destination, along with collaborative efforts with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, our main ally in this event.
